Graveside service: 10 a.m. Tuesday in Bosley Cemetery in Santo.
Survivors: Sons, Bobby Lewallen Jr. and wife, Vicki, and Jeffrey Adair and wife, Rene; daughters, Lori Baker, Adina Bryant and husband, Benton, and Candace Gilbert; grandchildren, Valton, Madison, Brittany, Josh, Ashton, Jordan, Morgan, Brand, Jeremy, Cameron and Aaron; sister, Audrene "Kitten" Stephenson and husband, Jim; brother, Oscar C. Lewallen and wife, Sue; great-aunt, Billie Barber; and the loving mother of his children, Mattie Boone.
