To say the world lost an amazing man I believe is an understatement. How truly loved and respected not only Brad but all of his family is, was made quite evident in the line at the visitation and funeral. I don't ever remember seeing Brad without a smile on his face. I will never forget the rodeos he judged whether he was coaching me on the ground and it being followed by a "good run!" to helping me get my barrel horse in the alleyway or him even asking my mom and dad what steers my brother drew that day and telling them what the cattle looked like that weekend. But over the past few years what I loved getting to see the most when I ran into him at rodeos or jackpots was when you saw him with his kids or him talking about them was his eyes light up. You just knew they were his world! Although his time on this Earth was entirely too short I feel blessed having known Brad. There aren't many guys like him anymore who will always ask how you are, tip his hat and shake your hand. I hope all of his family can draw strength and comfort in knowing how many people are praying for you'll in these dark days and are glad to help any way possible. Brad, I will miss running into you whether it be around town, at a rodeo or jackpot, or just passing and waving at you on the road. Until we meet again, rest easy my friend!

Brad was one of the first people I met when I moved to Azle in 1996. Brad was a perfectionist at his work, outstanding, kind and truly a gentelman. Definately a leader. I never met anyone that didn't think the world of him. Always a kind word and a smile. Brad will be dearly missed. May his Family, and large circle of Friends find comfort knowing he rests in God's loving arms.

I'm at a loss for words right now. I have reminisced the last few days of my earlier years working with Brad at ASB. What a great guy he was. I never recall him ever coming to work without a smile upon his face. I will continue to pray for the family and friends grieving right now. Our hearts are broken on the loss of Brad, as I cannot even imagine your pain. We have great memories of how Brad would love to compete & socialize with us at Tim's annual washer tournament each year. Brad was such a caring, compassionate young man that Azle will miss greatly.

I worked with Brad at Azle State Bank. He was always so nice and polite. Brad never hesitated to help in any way he could and did so with a smile and that quiet charm that was special to him. He was the perfect example of a southern gentleman. My heart breaks for his family. To say the world lost an amazing person feels like an understatement. He will be missed.
