Charles Powell Obituary
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Grandview. Burial: Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Memorials: First Baptist Church of Grandview building fund.
Mr. Powell was born April 30, 1919 in Logansport, Ind. He served in the Navy in World War II and later in the Texas National Guard.
Survivors: Wife, Barbara Powell of Grandview; sons, Charles Edgar Powell and wife, Flora of Las Vegas, Nev., and Harold Brent Powell and wife, Vickie of Bronson, Texas; daughter, Lynn Powell of Corpus Christi; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
