Edwin Mauzy Obituary

Edwin L. "Ted" Mauzy, 75, a retired General Dynamics aerospace engineer, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2001, at home.

Graveside service: 11 a.m. Thursday in Greenwood Memorial Park.

Edwin L. "Ted" Mauzy was born Dec. 14, 1926, in Fort Worth. He was a graduate of Annapolis Naval Academy. He served originally in the Navy and later served in the Korean War as an Air Force pilot. After an honorable discharge from the Air Force, he obtained a master's degree from Texas A&M University.

Ted was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Ann Mauzy in 1980.

Survivors: Wife, Joyce Mauzy; children, Lynn Mandeville, Kim Mauzy, Karen Linker and husband, Dan, and Mike Mauzy and wife, Jane; grandchildren, Hayley, Adam and Amber; sister-in-law, Nancy Adams; niece, Amy Adams; and nephew, Michael Adams.
