Growing up in Ebenezer and attending the BTU session, all I can remember Bro Tatnuell say was 2 Timothy 2:15... Thank you Bro Tatnull, for encouraging me to be the best that I could be, and for allowing the Holy Spirit to work in You. Thank you for not being afraid to stand firm on the word of God, and for showing men that it is ok to to praise the Lord. I will never forget you, you have sown many seeds into me, and I pray that the seeds that were sown will grow as it is God's will...

Love You, and I'm praying for the entire family

To the family of Bro. E.W. Tatnull: Bro. Tatnull was one of the first true christians that I had the experience of knowing and really understanding. He was Sunday School teacher, BYPU director, choir member, deacon and all-around father. He and Sis. Tatnull were young and had a beautiful family life, that reflected love and caring for others when they had their own. There are so many examples of the loving-kindness that was displayed by them. I loved to hear him teach, pray, sing and just talk, because he never failed to give God The Glory for everything. My entire family loved his entire family because that is the was it was. Just as He took time to explain what being baptized was to me in 1956, I witnessed the same with my sons, Roy Tankxley (Muhammad) and Jack Roy (JR). Mrs. Tatnull, Mrs. E.J. Brown, Mother L. Curry and my Mother, and many other devoted women were there to teach me, my sister, daughter and granddaughters. I as so grateful for my christian foundation which would not be if it were not for these family's examples. So, no matter what different opinions, The Tatnull Family will forever stand out as true kingdom builders. Bro. Tatnull was alway ready to help and explain to my boys what being good christian were about and when you get confronted with evil, Go to God and His promises would direct you. As a result, through not much help from me. I am so thankful for Bro. E. Tatnull and Sis. C. Tatnull. They even stood in as grandparents at the christening of my youngest grandsons. So rest Bro. Tatnull and as I alway say "See ya Late"
