I just wanted to say that I miss Fred deeply and I hope his family is doing well. This site will be open for a year an I hope people will visit during that time to rejoice in his life. Losing a parent before their time is always a most difficult path to endure but I think Fred left a very loving and special gift to all of those left.

Fred was highly thought of by Herb and his memories will live on forever. The pain of losing a father goes deeper than anybody could ever know. We never know how blessed we are to have our parents and how much wisdom they really have. May God bless you and your family during this time.
Sincerely,
Herb & Patty Miller

I had known Fred for about 20 plus years thru his daughter Rebecca. In those years I NEVER heard one thing bad of him and he was always postive when I saw him. I know he has 2 amazing children and 2 wonderfull, well mannered grandchildren and I believe this is a statement to the kind of man he was. The many friends that were at the service spoke volumes of how well he was liked.
I believe he is in a much better place and I pray we all see him there. Many thoughts and prayers with you all.

Mr. Fred was our friend and a real gentleman and his quiet ways and dry humor will be missed. The loss of his low key strength and kind presence is already keenly felt. The world was just better when he was in it. God's comfort and blessings on his family in their time of grief.

(I had no idea this section was here. I wish more people knew about it. Thank you friend for telling me. As with many other things this week, I could not have done it without you. I am forever grateful.)
All of your expressions of kind sympathy and rememberances of Dad's life are greatly appreciated and a wonderful window into his (other) life for us. I expect he didn't know how beloved he was. He was the best father ever and a really great role model. Those of you who called him friend seem to agree and I'm sure he would consider that a wonderful legacy and 'high praise'. Thank you all for caring while he was here as well as now and we are praying for you too.

Fred was like a father to me. He was the silent type, but someone I always felt I could talk to when I needed advice or just someone to talk to. I will miss him and my deepest sympathies go out to the family and to all those that will feel his absence in their lives.
