To Ruby, Wanda, and Dee, God bless and keep you. Mr Hubert as our family always called him was such a man. He gave words of wisdom, a lot of laughter and was always the same no matter what.I'll remember him fondly on his horse every year in the parade. I know you will miss your dad, but cling to the memories, because I can see the big smile that was always there, and he is smiling down on his family and friends happy with the peace we know he has found.

I am so grateful to have known Mr. Buchanan, affectionately known as Uncle Buck. I met him at Senior Citizen Services-Como Center.
He was always a gentleman and very faithful to serve not only where he was assigned as a volunteer, but where ever he saw a need.
He was a man of faith, remarkable integrity and will be missed immensely.
My deepest condolences goes out to the family.

There are things we don't understand. We cannot always see what God is doing, nor do we know why, but his love, grace and mercy holds us in the palm of his hand, and He is ready to wipe away all our tears. Your dad was a true friend to my father ( Howard Strain ) for many years and he will be missed terribly. I so enjoyed sitting and listening to the two of them talk about their childhood days in Karnack,and Marshall, Texas. Each one of them took their turn telling some wild tales. Of course I believe them. We loved him too and will miss him greatly. We will continue to pray for the family. You have our sincere condolences.
