I am so sorry for your loss.
While Dr. Jacobson was Medical Director at Kaiser Permanente, I worked in the Administration Department.
His focus on sharing knowledge and compassion was certainly observed and appreciated.
I pray that God blesses your family with peace.

I had the great joy to grow up with Jim in Sioux City, Iowa. I am profoundly saddened to hear the world has lost such a special soul. He was an outstanding student and a friend to all. He was truly respected by all of our classmates.

TO the Family:
We loved your Dad. He reached out to Dale to help him get a good oncologist. Dr. Jim was so kind always trying to help and share of his great wealth of so many different topics. He was a great man who loved Jesus. We will miss him much. We thank him for his military service.
