On this 5th anniversary Tris Pollard's passing, all the members of the F-16XL family fondly remember an outstanding engineer, an honored mentor and a true gentleman. We continue his incredible legacy to this day by simply teaching others of his work ethic, his grace under pressure, and his wonderful (and dry) sense of humor!

To the family: We were all saddened to learn of Tris' passing. He was a kind, gracious and humble friend to everyone privileged to know him. During his active years as a LMAR member he was always the first to step up to a needed task; and his personal contributions greatly enhanced the success of our LMAR events and activities. He will be sorely missed by his LMAR family.
We lift up our sympathy and condolences to you at this sad time and pray that God gives you comfort.

Tris was a quiet man with a large, loving heart. He will be greatly missed but his life and values are reflected in the family he left with us.
