Thinking back to our high school days, I´m grateful for the memories we shared & the kindness you always showed. You had such a good heart & a way of making people feel seen & included. It´s still hard to believe you´re gone, but your spirit & the impact you had on those around you will never be forgotten. Rest easy, my friend. You are missed. Savannah, love you girl.

To Savannah and the Cross Family: I am so very sad to hear of your loss. I never had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, but I worked with Savannah for six months last year, so I feel like I got to know Jeff through her, and he was undoubtedly a wonderful husband, father, son and brother. I pray that your pain passes with time. I know you are surrounded with friends and family to support you through this incredibly difficult time. Please allow them to help you get through this. My heart and prayers go out to the Cross family. Jeff was a sweet, caring person, who enjoyed life. he grew up more closely with my little brother than myself ; but watching those guys through baseball since they were young, they enjoyed life. He was always happy, caring, and enjoyed being with his friends. He lived life to the fullest, and we can all be greatful that he probably had no regrets. He will truly be missed.

Cross Family: We are so sorry to hear about Jeff. He went to school with our son, Matthew Hicks, and was a great friend to him. I can't begin to imagine the pain you are feeling and will feel for a long time. Trust in God, friend and family.

Dear Cross Family, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Jeff was a great guy and I'm sure a wonderful father/husband! Savannah, and Mr. & Mrs. Cross & Family we are just heart broken over Jeff. I feel like i've lost a son he ment so much to us and Daniel & Lindsay. I wished I had words that would make it hurt less, but my experiences it's all in time. He will be missed SO MUCH by the Davis family.
