On Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011, our beloved Joshua Ray Parsons passed away. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Joshua was born Aug. 22, 2011, in Fort Worth to Brittany Parsons and Jeremy Compton. He was a sweet boy loved by many. He will always be in our hearts. Survivors: Mother, Brittany Parsons; father, Jeremy Compton; grandmother, Cherilyn Parsons; great-grandparents, Ray and Juli Parsons; aunts, Dania Payette, Stephanie Lee, Jennifer Sciancalepore, Dana Conner and Kailey Decker; and many loving cousins, Austin, Zack, Jewel, Cameron, Zoey, Antonio, Zada, Enzo and Leonardo.

Joshua, it has been one year since you were taken from this earth. The pain in my heart is still as if it was yesterday. This precious beautiful little baby boy, touched the lives of so many people for the short time he was with us. May you continue to rest in peace and feel the travesties of this earth no more.
