Judi was one of my very favorite patients. We laughed together allot while she was going through treatment. I wasn't her doctor here, only someone that got to spend time getting to know her in my job. Judi and I developed a friendship while she was here that I will always cherish. I'll miss seeing her, but most of all I'll miss the talks we used to have about our wacky families.

I'll never forget Judy's undying (if irrational) love of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Or her smoky, enthusiastic and ever-present laughing.

We miss you terribly, Judy.

Steve and family, I was so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She was a special lady and we shared many games on the bleachers watching you boys play as well as our grandsons. So sorry I couldn't be there yesterday, I had eye surgery but know that you all are in my heart and prayers as you go through this time of grief.

Steve, Tracey, and Kris,
I was sad to hear of the loss of your mom. Losing a loved one is never easy. Mrs. Ellington was fun to be around. I will always have fond memories of times spent at your house with both of your parents. May God bless each one of you, your spouses, and your kids during this time.

Steve and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I planned on coming today but I woke up with the stomach virus yesterday morning. I just wanted you all to know that I am thinking of you all and that I know God will lead you through this most difficult time. My love and prayers to all of the Ellington family. God Bless

Steve - I am truly sorry for your loss. You mom was always so quick with a smile and an invite when ever we were out and about playing in the neighborhood as kids. Know we are thinking about you and your family!

I could write several volumes of all the wonderful times I've enjoyed with Judy and her family. Judy always managed to help me see the bright and positive side of any situation we talked about. She was a second mother to me in my early years. We could and many times did talk about anything and everything under the sun. I will always treasure the times with and memories of Judy. She is an amazing soul that blessed so many of those who were fortunate enough to pass her way.

Our love and condolences to her family. You are truly blessed to have her in your lives.

Steve, Chris, and Tracy,
I want to offer my condolences to you all. I have so many memories growing up and spending the night at your house with Steve, Judy and Joe. I will always remember the baseball games when Judy would hold up two fingers and yell at me when I was batting to hit a double and somehow it always seemed to happen. She would always tell me that story every time I saw her and it would always make me laugh. Judy was always so good to me and I will never forget that. I send you all my Love during this difficult time.

I will always carry a bit of Judy's ability to "put it out there" with me. She made me feel good about myself like that! She made my life richer for all the times we shared together and for believing in me. I appreciate her for the times we shared, especially as I am a bit older and believing my odd stories like the story of "Little Joe"! (the miraculous plant). She loved you all very strongly please remeber that as you take her memory forward in your lives. Trish Tully

My condolences to the family. Judy was a classmate. I graduated with her in 1958. She was fun to be around and had a great sense of humor.
