Becky,

My heart aches for you. I know how much you adored your dad and I know that this is a huge loss for you. There is nothing like "Daddy" to us girls. It's always hard to find words to express the sorrow we feel for our friends when we know they are hurting. Just know that my heart is aching for yours and I love ya!

My Dear Father,

I wish there were words to explain what I am feeling. I thank the Lord for the gift he allowed me to have when he made you my father. I thank you for always loving me unconditionally and for always being there when I needed you the most. You were so sweet and loving and I'll always miss you!

Love always,
Becky

Kenneth and I went to school together from grade school through high school he was a good friend and a great person. Other than many memories of our basketball accomplishments, I'll always remember seeing Kenny at the Dairy Queen one evening when I was home on leave from th Marines. He carried over this beautiful new baby (his first) to show me and I've never seen anyone happier or more proud! I will never forget that look on his face as he "showed off" that wonderful baby. I know he was a loving and caring father and I am truly sorry for your loss.

Nellie,

I'm sorry to hear that Kenneth was not able to overcome his health issues. We won't be able to attend his life celebration, but please know that our prayers are with you in this time of sadness. However, I never saw Kenneth that he wasn't smiling, so that is the way I will remember him. I hope many good memories will be a comfort to you as well as you process your grief.

Becky, Lee, Hugh-

I was so sad to hear about Ken. No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. I know the void you fill is insurmountable. My heart goes out to each of you at this sad time & in the days ahead. As time goes by and you return to life's routine, I pray you are continually comforted by the love & support many.

I love you much,
