Fort Worth, Texas - Kent Henning, 83, passed away April 26, 2021.
A Memorial Service will be held on June 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel at All Saints' Episcopal School, 9700 Saints Circle, Fort Worth, TX 76108.
Kent was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on November 14, 1937, to The Reverend Donald Henning and Mary Standish Henning. He graduated from The University of the South at Sewanee, Tennessee where he subsequently taught and was a member of the Board of Trustees for many years. He received a Masters Degree from Texas Christian University.
Kent was a teacher and administrator at Trinity Valley School and All Saints' Episcopal School.
Kent was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Standish Henning of Madison, Wisconsin. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Joe Rogers; daughter, Anne Nelson (David); grandchildren, Alison Rogers Gray (David), Haley Rogers Gabbard (Mikey) Simon Rogers and Benjamin Rogers; great grandchildren, Vivian, Cordelia, and Eileen Gray.
