Kevin Wayne Maxwell was born March 10, 1970, in Fort Worth. He was a beloved son of Glynn and Nona Maxwell. Kevin was known to his wheelchair basketball friends as "Special K."
Kevin was preceded in death by his mother, Nona Maxwell; niece, Kristen Maxwell; special uncle, Wayne Maxwell; and grandparents.
Survivors: Father, Glynn Maxwell and Delores Utley; sister, Teresa Jones and husband, Darrel of Joshua; brother, Derrel Maxwell and wife, Donna of Fort Worth; nieces, Larissa Vining, Crystal Wood, Kerri Wood, Stephanie Maxwell, Courtney Maxwell and Kacie Jones; great-nieces, Miranda and Mikayla Ross; great-nephew, Joseph Maxwell; and many other family members and friends.
