Leo and my brother Neil were classmates and friends. Knew him when I was a lad. Great guy! RIP, Leo.

I knew you Leo way back. You and my dad were good friends. You taught me how to ride motorcycles, which became one of the greatest joys of my life.
I remember our families hoing to the lake many times, I miss going to Carter's to drop in and say hi. You always made me feel like family. Rest In Peace Leo.

Leo was a good friend. He will be missed. But some our best memories at the track were with Leo and his boys. God Bless and our condolences to his whole family.

A Lion he was...I rode with him for the last 3 or 4 years at Northshore... He and John are inspirations... Never knew he was sick at all...He's riding in Heaven no doubt...

My thoughts are with the family. It was an honor being apart of his care and fight in cancer. My heart is with his son Roger.

I remember Leo when he was the manager of Carters Yamaha in Farmers Branch. At that time from 1972-1974 I was the parts manager. He was always in good spirits and a pleasure to be around. I have lots of fond memories of all of us racing a Ross Downs as well as local motocross tracks. Rest in peace Leo!

My thoughts and prayers go out to Betty, Roy and Roger and their families. Leo was a big part of my son Jeff's life and was a frequent trail biking partner. I know that after Jeff lost his Father in 2013, Leo's presence in Jeff's life was a big help. Leo will be missed.
