Lynn Hearn Obituary

Lynn Raymond Hearn, 83, passed away on Friday, November 14. Lynn was born to Marvin and Willie Fay Hearn on March 29, 1942 in Fort Worth, TX at Harris Methodist Hospital. While Lynn grew into a man of incredible character, served in the Army Reserve and became a devoted Christian, husband and father, he never really grew up. Lynn obtained his pilot's license and truly loved flying and hanging out at the hanger with his buddies. He also loved model trains and continued building onto his impressive train village well into his 70s. Rounding out his collection of adventurous hobbies, Lynn enjoyed driving with his beloved wife of 62 years, Ann, around town and across the country in his Model A. Lynn also enjoyed spending time with his children, Kyle and Rebecca, his grandchildren, Ian and Jack, and his large number of family and friends, all who will dearly miss him. A service celebrating Lynn's life will be held on December 13th at 11:00 a.m. at Cross City Church in Euless in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to 6 Stones, a non-profit organization based in Euless (817) 868-7400; 6stones.org.

Yesterday

We had known Lynn for over 22 years and enjoyed visiting with him. He was a wonderful grandfather to our shared grandchildren. He will be missed.
