Always on the lookout for some news on Mark's musical doings, I was gutted to read of his passing. It has been decades since I moved away from Texas, but I recall vividly the many times I was blessed and thrilled to hear him pull such amazing sounds from his violin playing with the Rakish Paddy bunch that brought such tunes as Bedlam Boys to the The Hop. No words to say what a genius and purely genuine soul he was. What a privilege to have met and talked and listened to him. I can only imagine the wonderful memories his family has to look back on. Our loss, heaven's gain.

I never met Mark in person but I had the good fortune of producing a release of his amazing music with the group Aurora. I was saddened to hear of his passing, but I feel a sense of knowing, without a doubt he is at peace in a wonderful place and probably making music we couldn't even imagine. RIP Mark.

Surely, Mark's enthusiastic performances of Django's music at A5A will forever keep the music and our memory of Mark alive and well.

I´m so sorry for your loss. I met Mark as we both worked for USPS in the AMS department. Mark was as it has been written so kind and willing to help all. My wife and I enjoyed going to as many Brothers3 concerts as possible. We have at least three CD´s and enjoy them to this day. Thank you Mark for sharing your talents and putting smiles on our hearts. God´s peace to you all.
