Mary Wells Obituary

Dallas, Texas - Mary Beth Wells was born on March 11, 1932 in Jacksonville, TX to Lorine and Wiley Maris. She went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
Visitation is 6-8 pm Sunday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Funeral service will be 11 am Monday at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Haltom City. The family requests that donations be sent to St. Luke in lieu of flowers.
Mary Beth moved to Fort Worth as a child and graduated from Carter Riverside High School in 1950, where she was an Eagles cheerleader. She was a stay-at-home mom until the early 1970s when she began a successful real estate career that lasted over 40 years. Her warm and vivacious character left an impact on many.
She is preceded in death by her husband and father of her children, J. Fleming Jones; husband, Paul Reynolds with whom she will be laid to rest at Mount Olivet Cemetery; husband, Robert Plummer; brother, Charlie Maris.
Mary Beth loved and was loved by all of those she left behind, including devoted husband, Donald Wells; children, Laurie Jones Nors (Bennie), Bonnie Jones Misenheimer (Randy), Dr. Rob Jones (Stephanie); grandchildren, Nicholas, Paige, Jesse, Chase, Alicia, Ashley, Tyler; great grandchildren, Shep, Emilia, Reeves, Rhiannon, Elena, Zane, Zepplin, baby girl Misenheimer; and many dear friends including Betty Ann Carter.

Rob, Bonnie and Laurie I am so sorry to hear of your Moms passing. I knew her almost my whole life and have great memories of her! I am so sorry I missed her funeral. You have my condolences! I know she will be greatly missed.

I knew Mary Beth from Real Estate. She was a sweet, fun, funny person who worked hard to help people find the one thing everyone wants - A Home! I know this is a great loss to her family and I am very sorry for your loss. She will be missed in the best way
