Vaudene was a dedicated teacher through her long career.
Vaudene is survived by daughters Brenda Love (Wade) and Betty Pruitt, brother Elton McDonald. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Mutt Pruitt,
Graveside service: 11 a.m., October 2, 2025 at Greenleaf Cemetery in Brownwood. Donations: Palo Pinto County Retired Teachers.
