Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Calvary Baptist Church. The Rev. Charles Payne and the Rev. Al Jones will officiate. Pallbearers: his nephews, Larry Williams, Dale Williams, Phil Williams, John Perkins, Gary Boyd and David Robinson. Burial: Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Crosier-Pearson-Cleburne Funeral Home.
Mr. Williams was born May 24, 1912, in Eulogy. He owned and operated a service station for 17 years. He worked a total of 54 years in the service station business before retiring. He had a deep faith in God and was a strong witness for Christ. By his testimony, he encouraged everyone to attend church and serve God.
Survivors: Sons, the Rev. Terry Williams and wife, Shela of Burleson, Donnie Williams and wife, Becky of Burleson, Doug Gibbs and wife, Flo of Fort Worth and Tommy Gibbs of Weatherford; daughter, Winnie Hipp of Fort Worth; sister, Vera Boyd of Campbell; grandchildren, Scott Williams of Lufkin, Micah and Keri Williams of Lufkin, Ryan and Amy Wolters of Burleson, Tim and Jessica Williams of San Antonio, Matt Reynolds of Haltom City, Jeff and Andrea Williams of Russia, Roy and Jennifer Webster of Argentina, Russell and Janet Brinkley of Burleson, Len Williams of Burleson; 13 stepgrandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 20 stepgreat-grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandchild.
