There are no words to adequately describe Nancy's wonderful personality or the impact that she made on my life, the lives of her family members, her friends, and others fortunate enough to know her even briefly. My heart goes out to her family who I know all struggle as I do to make sense of the loss of her at such a young age. Nancy was a beautiful person, inside and out. She was vibrant. I was with her to the end, holding her hand and telling her how beautiful she was and how much she was loved. I will forever be grateful for the deep friendship that we shared and I find comfort in the many memories we made. God truly blessed me the day he put Nancy in my life. I'm sure that He has her greeting people at the gates of heaven and that she is smiling down on us all.

Zack, I am so very sorry for your loss. I had not seen your mother nor you in many, many years but kept up with how you both were doing through your beloved friends, Deerie and family. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help and may God be with you in your time of grief.
