OC and I worked together many years. He was generous, kind, honest and dependable, however, this greatest quality was the ability to share laughter. I will miss his friendship and good times.

To the family, Be encouraged God will make a way. Your loved one is resting in peace where there is no more suffering and no more pain. We grew up together, went to school together and settled in Forest Hill. I have many memories that I will always cherish from his first jeri-curl to my 50th birthday party at the Thirsty Stone. I could always count on his vote in the Forest Hill elections and I looked forward to seeing him as he distributed his hair products to my beauty shop. He was also one of Madisons' best friends. It was a brotherly bond that make friendships so special. O.C. will surely be missed. If there is anything I can do I'm just a phone call away. God is in control.
