Funeral: 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel.
Patsy was born June 15, 1935.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Tarpenning.
Patsy is survived by daughters, Kipie Grabow (Bill) and Shawn Cardona (John); 5 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
