Any time we saw Uncle Frank, it was usually with his sisters, Mary and Rose. Whenever that happened, it was a very special time for me. Also, Annmarie and I kept in touch with Uncle Frank through email. He was a very special man...always with a good thought, a smile and something funny.

Friar, i met you nearly 30 years ago in Poinciana Florida. We became friends forever. You helped me through some tough times. I visited you in Ft Worth more than once, you took me to the Stock yards and so many other fun places. In Florida you introduced me to Mannys Restaurant in New Smyrna Beach, you took me to Canaveral National Park. I visited you at San Pedro Center during your retreat. These are only a few of my wonderful times spent with you. We spoke nearly every day via computer and phone. I am saddened by your loss, but I know you are above watching over me. My sincere condolences to your sister Rose and your nieces and nephews. I will miss you so very much. Love and big hugs always Friar!!❤❤

FrEagle was my Priest at Saint Bartholomew Catholic Church. I worked the Teddy Bear Prayer Program with him at Cooks Children's Hospital, as a Volunteer. He was a caring and gentle spirit. I will always carry him in my heart and treasure the Prayer Bear he gave me always. He will be missed, he touched many lives. A wonderful Priest. Rest In Peace in the Arms of our Heavenly Father, well deserved.

Our family adored Father Raphael. This wonderfully compassionate priest came into our lives when our eight-year-old son was diagnosed with cancer. His joyful spirit was cherished by the young patients, and his practical wisdom was appreciated by their parents. He was the first to advise us that while we couldn't go around this diagnosis, we didn't have to go through it alone. He watched over us through that year of treatment and beyond. When scripture tells us to "Fear not, for I am with you," the evidence is found in great souls like Father Raphael who happily walked many difficult journeys alongside hundreds of families during their times of crisis. The angels must have rejoiced at his homecoming. I have a wonderful image of him paddling up to the gates of Heaven in his trusty kayak. Paddle on, dear friend. May your soul rest in peace.

Father Eagle was a wonderful priest. I had the honor to attend mass when he was the Celebrating priest at St Bartholomew in Fort Worth. I enjoyed his services. He was loved so much by the St Bartholomew community. His homilies were the best, he made sure everyone got the message he was trying to give. We were sad when he was moved to a different parish. We are even more sad now that he is gone. I know though, that he is enjoying where he is now. He was a faithful server of God and very dedicated. May he rest in peace.

Our Hearts are Broken...Father Raphael Eagle will be missed by many but as a personal note I will never forget this gracious man. He brought me closer to Our Lord than I have eve been. He made everyone feel truly loved and he touched all of our hearts. A smile on his face at all times,no mass was complete without a "Joke" he made everyone smile and feel included. I pray we will meet again in Heaven someday until then I will try to follow his example and teach my grandchildren to be as gracious as he.
