Renny and I were stationed at Selfridge Air Force Base together and remained friends for a few years after I discharged from Air Force. I lived right around the corner from him and was best man in his wedding to Joanie Bolton, so many good times together, great memories. I lost contact with him and Joanie after I joined the Detroit Police Department in 1972. I tried to find him a few times but never could locate him until now, Rest In Peace my friend......

So many memories over the past 40 years with Joanie and Renny, and so many places out to eat. The time we went to Catfish Sam's and the rains began. The parking lot was under water when we came out and Renny had to take off his shoes and wade up to his knees to get to the car. He brought it around to us on higher ground, so we didn't all have to swim to the car. Our times together were full of memories, and we will really miss Renny. Jim and Judy Story
