The world needs more people like Bob Connelly. We were blessed to know him. When he was still driving, he came to our garage sale & locked himself out of his car! Gladly took him home to get another key. & yes, 1 of those reel to reel tape players, he got from us!

Dear Pat and Family,
I have so many wonderful memories of your dad - collecting tickets at the Symphony and Concert in the Gardens and always having a smile and kind word for everyone.
He will be greatly missed by everyone. The world was a better place for having him in it for such a long time.
Thoughts and prayers to you all during this difficult time.

I can't say much more than my two brothers, Fred and Mark. The Connelly's have been our lifelong neighbors, friends and inspiration. Bob always was out walking, working in his garage, recycling, working in his yard and visiting with neighbors. I always dropped by to see Bob and Lib when returning home to visit my own parents. We will miss you dearly. Your positive spirit does lives on.
My thoughts are with all of the Connelly children and grandchildren.

The Connelly's have been dear friends and neighbors to us since 1960. We shared the unique fact that we had both recently moved from Ohio and that gave us an even closer bond. It was great growing up and playing with everybody in the house full of lots of kids and a lot of love and heart. Your father and mother were very special people and meant a lot to all of our family and they are missed. Bob and Lib are reunited now and looking down on their beautiful family! I know their patience and guidance in raising their family had a positive effect on my parents and on all of us kids. You are in our thoughts and I regret I cannot make it to Fort Worth today but I do hope to see all of you soon over upcoming holidays etc...
Sending our love to all of the Connelly family everywhere - Mark, Lise, Fred, Bill, and Marian Smith

Thank you, Lord, for a man like Mr. Connelly. He was a delight to see at Mass. He was a man of true grit. Never compromising on his beliefs or principles. A real example of a fine Catholic. He will be dearly missed. Thank you, Mr. Connelly for showing my son how to be devoted in life to what's good and right.

Bob Connelly would want us to remember the lifetime of memories he shared with so many people around the world. He was a true gentleman. He always had a smile and a great story to share every time I was with him and his wonderful family. I am proud to have known him for 50 years in Fort Worth and to call him a friend.

I have very fond memories of your father. I can see him now at your dinner table at home, with a hymnal at mass or helping me get a merit badge. My most vivid memory was him driving me home from a campout where I had gracefully sliced open my ankle with an ax. I felt horrible about interrupting the campout because of my carelessness and his responsibilities to the troop. He was so pleasant on that miserable drive home in spite of it all.
I pray that your pain will go away quickly.
