Roy Bourg Obituary
Funeral: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home. Burial: Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery, New Orleans, La. Visitation: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.
Roy was born May 17, 1927, in New Orleans, La. and lived in the area most of his life. He worked and retired from the grocery business after approximately 25 years.
Mr. Bourg was preceded in death by his father, Joseph A. Bourg.
Survivors: Loving mother, Mary Bourg Tedesco; devoted and loving wife of 22 years, Carol Bourg; children, Roy Bourg Jr., Jewell Breaux, Debbie Palmer, Nicholas Bourg, Michael Bourg, Keith Bourg and Billy Dragoo; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
