We have shared some great memories, on and off work. Your band of brothers will forever remember you. I will stay in touch with my God Daughter, Kayla. We will enjoy a cigar again, someday. No words can express my feeling at this very difficult time, my father told me that no parent should have to loose a child, but he was able to smile and remember my brother before his passing and this is my wish for you both in time to find comfort in his memory and smile when you think of him and may time make the pain in the heart easier.

There are many people that owe their aviation careers to Ruben, their P.A.M.A. scholorships paid for with money raised by Ruben. He will be sorely missed. our most sincere sympathy to all of us that were touched by Sonny's life. We met Sonny as a young boy. His Aunt Amanda & uncle Jaime introduced him and his family into our lives many years ago, although we did not see him We were kept informed by them as to how things were going for him. My husband Albert has a personal loss much like the one you are experiencing and is keeping you in prayer to the Holy Spirit. God is good and is waiting for us to call on him for all our needs. Ruben, there are no words to describe the empty feeling this world will have without you in it...you have been a huge influence on my life since we first met nearly 20 years ago. If it weren't for you, one lifelong dream of mine would never have materialized. So many great memories, saddened that we can't have more. I will always have a picture of you in my mind with that huge, sincere smile...and a cigar between your teeth, of course! I will miss your friendship and laughter.
