I haven't seen Victor for a long time but I have very fond memories of him while growing up in the North Side area of Fort Worth. He was always full of joy so it was fun to be around him. He will be sorely missed. My prayers are with all of his family. May he rest in peace.

I didn't know Victor very well, I knew him through my good friend Rosemary Hernandez, he was her older brother. It was so obvious everytime they smiled, you could see the strong family resemblance. I perceived him as a quiet gentle person, very protective of his siblings, out of genuine concern for them. I am gratified to learn that he lived a full and rich life. My sincere condolences to his wife Cecilia and to his family. Christine Vargas-Nieswiadomy

My name is Stephanie. Im sorry to reach you Cecilia in this manner. But after a failed attempt on Facebook to locate your daughter, I found your husbands obit (Im so very sorry for your loss). I am looking for a Veronica Segura who may have lost her Immunization Record at DFW airport today, 4/7/20. My husband found it while working in the bag room at DFW today.

I have fond memories of Victor as a young man. He was always kind and generous to me. I will sorely miss him and all the things that make me laugh today that we did as teenagers.
His obituary was AWESOME! All Victor!
From the Bottom of my heart, my condolences to all his family.

May Tio Victor rest in peace and fun in heaven, hunting, fishing, and a good old cookout and playing washers with the rest of the family.
