Arlington, Texas - William "Bill" Tatum, 71, passed away Sept. 14, 2023. He was born on Jan. 28, 1952 in Ft Worth. Bill graduated from Crowley High School and received a business degree from North Texas State University and worked for 50 years for Trinity River Authority (TRA).
Bill is survived by his wife of 17 years, Wendy Tatum, children Kevin (Jean) Tatum, Shane (Christin) Tatum; sister Candy (Buddy) Begarney; extended family and fur babies. His friends join the family in mourning the loss of this unforgettable man.

I have known Bill Tatum for many years. I have always considered Bill to be a good friend.
I know he was a good manager of the TRA CRWS Plant.
Bill and I were both born on the same day and the same year - January 28, 1952

I’m sad to hear this. We worked together at TRA for over 20+ years. He was a great man with a great since of humor and big heart. I can still see his smile when I got him the bench he met his wife on, last I heard he was putting on his porch at the lake. I sure hope he enjoyed it. RIP my friend.

I had the privilege of working for Bill for nearly 22 years at the Trinity River Authority. He is the dearest friend I have ever had. Bill has had a tremendous impact on my life. I will cherish his kindness and friendship in my heart forever.
He was truly a great man.
