Dean Adell Dianne Dean, age 68, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2016. Adell was born in Coshocton, OH to William ""Booker"" and Mamie Russell on January 3, 1948. She went to high school at Immaculate Conception – St. Mary's High School in Dennison, Ohio, graduating in 1966. She was a supervisor for General Motors and Columbus Children's Hospital, as well as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. Adell was predeceased by her parents William ""Booker"" and Mamie Russell, two brothers Frank and Rudy, ex-husband Frank Dean, brother-in-law Robert Nutter, sister-in-law Rachel Holbert Russell and special aunt Vonzie Dansby. Adell leaves to cherish her memory a sister, Dolores Nutter; brothers, Terrell and William Lee Russell; sons, LoVell Russell (Stacey and her children, Tre, Shawnte, Dessi and Dre), and Damon Russell (Secil); grandchildren, Channie and Derin; and great grandson, Scott; step-siblings, Randy, Rita, Dennis and Karen Russell; special uncle, Fred Dansby and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service 7 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the World Harvest Church; 4595 Gender Rd., Canal Winchester, OH 43110. The family will receive friends at the church Thursday 6 p.m. until the start of service. Interment will be at a later date in Westlawn Cemetery; Newcomerstown, OH. Adell wants you to rejoice that she has gone home to glory and asks that you please do not wear black or dark clothes to her celebration.
