When I moved to Columbus in 1978 I joined Brian P. Donahue REALTORS. I was with Donahue two different times over the years. He and Betty were very good to me. Brain used to kick my butt in playing him in racket ball. I only have fond memories of my association with his company. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I met Brian and Louis through my mother, Betty McEnery. My sister Betsy and I babysat for the Donahue children when they were very young. We were devastated when Erin and Shawn passed away.
As I grew up, my job titles changed from babysitter to closing officer to realtor. We had many laughs and good times at the office over the years with everyone. When my father passed away, Brian was very caring and helpful with my mom socially and in business. I gave my mom and Brian free Ipad lessons and they 'paid' me in free breakfasts in Dublin. I never laughed so hard in my life as watching them learn the basics. Great times, great memories, great friends. Brian loved and supported many causes including CF and the OSU Buckeyes. My husband, Samir, and I went to one of the games and tailgating parties with Brian and my parents years ago. He was a major part of our lives and supported my mom in her real estate business. As a broker, he pushed everyone to do their best and he was a very successful businessman. Our condolences go out to all the Donahue family at this time. His memory will live on forever through by everyone he met and loved.

I met Brian at a St. Patrick's Day party. He asked me if I would consider going into real estate and my husband (Mac) and I thought he was crazy. However, over the years I strived to get the 5, 10, 15 and 20 million Dollar Club at the Board of Realtors and Brian was always cheering me on to get to the next step. We Wrote the training programs for new people as they joined the firm. We took our top salespeople to Mexico, the Bahamas, and to Florida for those achieving the company goals. Brian was very forward thinking and appreciated women's efforts in business. He will be deeply missed by all of us.
My deepest sympathies go out to his wife, Binnie, his children Kerry and Colleen and his grandchildren.

I only knew Brian through Real Estate and eventually common Florida friends that we each found out about at the Columbus Realtors Awards Luncheon 3-4 years ago. It was a really great catch up visit! And we both enjoyed the unlikely event that we would both be seated at the same table. And the conversation turned to Florida and Brian talked about the great friends from Bible Study that had helped him out when Family health had been a problem and the Group had made sure that he had food and help and prayer at that time. I have known Jim and Sally Dickey for many years in Columbus area and at Indian Lake. Another unlikely event, when we found out we both had the same great friends in Florida!

Brian will be sadly missed by many Columbus Realtors and longtime Realtor Friends far and wide! My thoughts and Prayers are with you!

Many years and many events through life we shared. I have been ill and Sue and I will pray privately for you and your family. We shared in business, we shared in family events, we shared in the ups and downs of life. What truly is so important my friend in life is that we always shared.
To Brian's family may we offer this prayer;
may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine softly on your face, may the road rise up to meet you and may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
With all our love and deepest sympathy we share our prayers for you all.

One of the really genuine people in the world. Personal, fun to be with, laugh with and share Irish stories and music. The game of golf was eluding to Brian, but it brought him joy. Sam Muldoon
