Charlamaine R. Seagren

SEAGREN Charlamaine R. Seagren. Born long enough ago to have been called upon by a lad in a buckboard, Charla Christiansen was a nationally recognized pianist and an accomplished enough skater to have been offered a job to perform professionally. She chose to follow a more traditional call. Married to J. Roger Seagren, she was a wife, homemaker, mother of four children, sometime country club ladies golf champ, part time church secretary, former volunteer at a local animal shelter. Hands that once detasseled corn had been kept active in recent years with volunteer work for seniors and duplicate bridge. Among those who will miss her, in addition to those seniors, are her four children, three grandchildren and brother.
