Rest In Peace Charles. I had so many good memories at Charlie Bear when I was younger. Hard to believe its been 10 years

January 21, 2010

January 2010 and I am just hearing today about Chuck. I have told this story about Chuck so many times over the years and would like to share: Back in the Charlie Bear days, Chuck would somehow always find me and hand me a quart of Little Kings. He claimed he wanted me to make sure the coolers were keeping the beer cold enough. Those were great times and wonderful memories....
Rest in peace Chuck....until we meet again!

To Chuck

You would always cheer me up with your jokes and your deep laugh; you would fight on with your smile, humor and hand shake. You used to smoke your cigar and wear your pants that were too short and a little too tight. You would always wear that silly green jacket and base ball cap. You looked like you didn’t have a care in the world. You would get up early to come home late working hard to provide for your family. You lived your life to the fullest just to end too early. But without regret you did this every day, you gave love and because you gave so graciously, you were loved…your laugh still rings in my ears even now… You were my dad when mine wasn’t around …. I want to thank you for who you were and being there for me, impacting my life the way you did and the only way you could…I will always miss you and will never forget you ...
