Charles Coleman Obituary

COLEMAN Charles N. Coleman, age 72, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at home. Veteran of the Army National Guard and life-member of American Legion Post 144. Retired from Timken Roller Bearing. He loved to read, always wanting to learn something new, and enjoyed fishing. Above all, he was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Preceded in death by parents George Coleman and Myrtle Caudill, and brother Robert Coleman. Survived by sons, Charles, Richard (Irene), and James (Becky) Coleman, and Michael Thompson; daughter, Robin Coleman; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, at COOK & SON-PALLAY FUNERAL HOME, 1631 Parsons Ave., where service will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Pastor Jim Blankenship officiating. Most people will never understand the relationship or love that we shared. Although our blood is different, I always thought of you as a father. I will miss our talks but mostly your sarcasm.
