i love you grandma

Dear is the grave, where our darling is laid, Sweet the memory that never will fade.
Her soul, so pure and sweet, will blossom at the Saviour’s feet.
The fairest lillies are the first to fall, The sweetest first to fade, The fondest, dearest, best of all, at peaceful rest is laid.
For in God’s garden free from pain, there grow His fairest flowers, We know that we shall see again this fairest bloom of ours.
No more, no more! My heart doth faint When I the life recall
Of her who lived so free from taint, So virtuous deemed by all,
That in herself was so complete
I think that she was taken
By God to deck his paradise,
And with His saints to reign
Your smiling face will be dearly missed and never forgotten, We love you Grandma
Love and Miss you always,
Carrie, David & Ashley McMahan
