Cindy Johnson Obituary
1956 - 2018
Cindy Lee (Damron) Johnson, of Ft. Wayne, IN, born November 7, 1956 in Portsmouth, OH, left this earthly life to be in Heaven with her husband Harry Johnson on May 22, 2018 at 2:03 PM. She is survived by her parents, Marjorie and Jack Damron, brother Jeffrey (Sue) Damron, nephews Derek and Nick Damron, and beloved grandson James Ellis. In addition she had guardianship of Reyis, Rico and Cruz Johannsen. Cindy had a big heart for everyone in need and spent her entire life giving, caring, sharing and loving all who needed a place to stay or help of any nature. She graduated from Canal Winchester High School Class of 1975. Celebration of Life will be held June 10, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Midwest Funeral Home and Cremation Society, 4602 Newago Road, Ft. Wayne, IN 46808. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to A Kid Again, 777G Dearborn Park Lane, Columbus, OH 43085. Heaven gained a special angel.

I remember Cindy from high school. She was always friendly and seemed to be in a good mood, laughing and smiling. It sounds like she is leaving a wonderful legacy behind.

She and Harry watched my girls while I worked and took were good care of them they called him Uncle Harry. Cindy was very good to them also . She was devastated when Harry passed I know that they are now together. God Bless.
