I write to express my sympathy. I knew Dagem at Dension University. He spent one very cold Christmas with my family outside of Boston Massachusetts when we were young students. I have many fond memories of him. He had a wonderful spirit.
I keep you all in my prayers.

To the family of Dagem Dejene,
I fondly called him "Dejene" and found him to be an intelligent, friendly, and hard working man. I had the opportunity to meet him through a company called Labor Ready. He would come to work faithfully day after day. He will always be remembered for his kindness and willingness to do any job. Dwell on the good times, the good memories, for I know there are many and may God bless you as you go through this time of mourning.
