We have known our cousin David all our lives. From earliest memories, he was fearless and confident. We admired him for those qualities and for how bravely he fought his long battle ALS. We will cherish the many, many incredible memories. Our Love & most heart felt condolences to all of our Family in Reynoldsburg. Todd & Jill

Dave and I shared too many fun times together growing up to count!
Playing sports together and just hanging out....
Nobody made me laugh harder than Dave

Dave was well liked and respected at Joe Jost's in Long Beach, CA. We had a FEW beers and discussed a FEW Dead shows. I'll miss you!

May God bless your Wife Laurie and your families in this time of loss. Dave thank you
