David was a great mentor for us at CVG in the early 2000's. This morning we were having a quality systems audit review and one of the team members shared a reminder that came up remembering David Will. David was a pioneer to many of the practice we still use today. He mentored, coached, inspired, and loved many of us in the quality and engineering departments, including building our faith in God. 12 years later we still talk about and are thankful for the impact he had in our lives, and are vowing to carry on the legacy he left. We take time also to remember Mary and family in our prayers. God Bless.

The photo below is during one of David's visits to the CVG Chillicothe plant.

My grandfather was a wonderful, caring person. My children miss him deeply as do I. I am just grateful that he is no longer in pain and can do more for mankind as the Angel I know he will be.
