Dolores "Dee" Hallsteine

HALLSTEINE Dolores "Dee" (Glandon) Hallsteine, age 74, died Saturday, March 1, 2008 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her parents William Clarence and Maxine Jones. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Jim; her pet dog, Nikki; sister, Carole Jean Albrecht; nephew, David (Debbie) Albrecht; niece, Angie Albrecht (Sue Ulry); great nieces and nephews, Leah, Lauren, Josh and Toni; great-great nieces, McKenna and Autumn; brother-in-law, David (Charlyn) Hallsteine; step-children, Mark Hallsteine, and Karen Vigue; special friends, who were like peas in a pod, Phyl Blasko, Dolores Gomez, Joyce Johnson, and Betty Shepard; and many other long time friends. She was a member of the Central High School Alumni Association, the Moose #11, NAUS, Columbus Clippers Fan club, and the Grove City United Methodist Church. Dee worked for Advertising and Checking Bureau for 25 years. She traveled to many places including Western Europe, Mexico, Hawaii, Las Vegas, where she liked playing the slots and roulette. Dee was an avid bingo player. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service at the SCHOEDINGER-NORRIS CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, where funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 1 p.m., with Andrew Hoover, Funeral Celebrant.
