Elaine's family,
I still think of Elaine often, especially when it was the anniversary of Jim's passing a few weeks ago. May God continue to comfort you all, give you peace knowing she is with Jim & give you the strength to continue on.

To Elaine's family,
I'm so very sorry & shocked to learn of Elaine's passing. I called her Friday afternoon on the 3rd & we talked for almost an hour, we had such a good conversation & she sounded great. We talked about various topics, including her ornery cat Joey, ha!
My parents & I met her & Jim on a tour to New England in 1998, we all hit it off & would make sure we sat with each other at dinner. Then I would start seeing them on other tours through Mosher Tours & we would spend time together.
On our first meeting we all exchanged addresses & phone numbers, we visited with them & kept in touch.
I made sure I would call her at least every few months, but it had been a year since we last talked. Something told me I needed to call her, now I know why & I'm so glad I did.
You are in my thoughts & prayers. May God give you comfort & peace during this time.

I shall miss my dear Aunt Elaine. She and I were in a long-time poetry club, with the two of us being the only members! We sent poems back and forth over the years, and I have a small scrapbook filled with her poems. Elaine was a kind, generous, lovely lady. Rest in peace, dear Auntie!
