Evelyn Embestro Sugiyama, 79, of Westerville, Ohio, peacefully passed away surrounded by family and friends on Tuesday, January 22, 2019. Please join her celebration of life at Hill Funeral Home, Westerville, Sunday, January 27. Family will welcome friends from 2-3:30 pm with services starting at 3:30. As a wife, mom, grandma and dedicated nurse for 45 years, Evelyn touched many lives with her love, patience and leadership. After retiring as Nursing Supervisor at St. Ann's Hospital, she served as President of the Philippine Nurses Assoc. Central OH for two terms and presented with their Leadership Award.
