And, yet, there beat the heart of a lion. She leaves us now as a mystery. She lived a private life, and she bore her burdens the best that she could. Francina "Frankie" was born in Columbus, Ohio, on February 19, 1922, and passed on February 26, 2015 in Savannah, Georgia. She is survived by her brother, George Clayton Stump of Columbus, Ohio; and sister-in-law, Joann Stump (widow of Guy Stump); her daughter, Clara Lynn Glander of Savannah, Georgia; granddaughters, Alisa Michelle Patterson and Christine Lynn Grice; great-grandson, Davey Grice; and great-great-grandson, Tanner Grice; her son, Clarence Eugene Hallmark II and his wife, Elizabeth of Tallahassee, Florida; grandchildren, Clarence Eugene Hallmark III and Sharla Jean Harvey; and great-grandchildren, Alexa Joyner, Hunter Harvey, and Landyn Hallmark; her step-daughter, Susan Jeanette Ellis of Vanceburg, Kentucky; granddaughter, Kim Ellis; and great-grandchildren, Erin Ellis, Josh Ellis, and Jescee Ellis. Francina was predeceased by her husband Clarence Eugene Hallmark, her son Allen Lee Hallmark and siblings Arie Esta Higginbotham, Guy Davis Stump, Ida Mae Peticca, and Violetta Jackqueline Stump. Through her life passed many others whom she loved and who loved her dearly.
