Hi Michelle, I just saw your dad’s obituary. I have great memories of your family joining us on fishing trips to Canada. One day at lunch I noticed Frank wasn’t drinking his apple juice so I asked if I could have it. I chugged it. It was whiskey! All the adults had a great laugh

My Mother first took me to "Frank's Barber Shop" - located across from John Burroughs Elementary on the N.E. corner of Sullivant & Richardson Aves - in the fall of 1950. Frankie was 19 at the time. I was 5.
Frank and his father Tony cut my hair for the next 21 years. Their small, friendly shop was often filled to capacity. There were no appointments, so wait times could exceed an hour or more ... but it was well worth it.
Frank and his Dad were both soft-spoken men who knew how to make a customer feel Special when he sat down in the chair. Even as a 5 year old.
My condolences to Frank's family and friends. He and his father were both exemplary people and a visit to their shop always made your day a little bit brighter.

Dear Anita, Michelle, Michael, and Tommy:
We are so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. May God bless you during this difficult time and may you find solace in your faith that Frank is now in Heaven. We are sorry that we will not be able to attend Frank's services as we are currently in North Carolina, but we are thinking of you and keeping you are in our prayers. We believe that Frank is catching up with Neil and Deedee and having a few laughs over the good old days, and the fond memories we have of growing up on St. Agnes with your family. With love, Bob and Jackie Guisinger.
