Geneva Fadis Obituary

FADIS Geneva Fadis, born on March 3, 1936, in Columbus, OH, went home to be with the lord on Tuesday, August 17, 2010. She attended Columbus Public Schools. Preceded in death by her husband Robert Fadis, parents Walter and Bessie Jennings, brother Walter Jennings, sisters Ruth Thornton, Betty Scales, and Dorthy Watson. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, sisters, Beatrice Williams and Margaret Lee; special niece, Toni; special nephews, Richard and Ronald. Funeral 1 p.m. on Monday, August 23, 2010, at the chapel of C. D. WHITE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 1217 Mt. Vernon Ave. Rev. Kaiser Jones, Officiant. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until the time of service. Interment Union Cemetery.

Hi Beatty & Mort, I'm sorry to hear of Gen's passing and my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family during this difficult time. i didn't get to spend much time with Gen but I will always remember her laughter and sweet spirit and I know that she will truly be missed. again, my prayers are with the entire family.
