Harry McClary Obituary

McClary Harry "Duke" McClary Jr., age 78, of Grove City, Ohio passed away on January 26, 2017 in Ft. Myers, Florida. He was born on March 10, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Harry and Doris McClary. Harry was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Kroger Bakery after many years of service. He was an avid fan of western movies and had an extensive collection of western and cowboy memorabilia. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by daughter Nancy McClary, and granddaughter Nicole McClary. He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth "Hanna" McClary; sons, Harry (Cindi) McClary and Michael McClary; daughter, Penny (Bill) Estep; granddaughter, Jennifer (John) Drummond; brothers, William (Mary), Jerry (JoAnn), and Carl (Shirley); sister, Nancy (Doug) Sasfy; sister-in-law, Helga Goepfrich; and many nieces, nephews, and friends both in the United States and Germany. A visitation will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 from 6-8pm at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday February 7, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Union Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 3349 Olentangy River Rd. Columbus, OH 43202.
