James A. Brady, age 83, of Columbus, passed away at his residence surrounded by his loving family on January 17, 2019. He was born on January 31, 1935 to the late Charles Thomas and Maude Edna (Chesney) Brady in Strawberry Plains, TN. James is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Shirley (Satterfield) Brady; children, Robin (David) Leibrock, Steven Brady and Kippy (William II) Shurman; grandchildren, Heather (Andrew) Wiegand, Brendon (Katherine Baldwin) Leibrock and Quincey Shurman; great grandchildren, Jack, Addison, Henry and William Wiegand. Along with his parents, James is preceded in death by brother Charles Lee Brady. Messages of condolence may be shared with the family at www.NewcomerColumbus.com.
