Nelson Road seems like yesterday when we were running up and down Sunbury Rd or Gardendale Dr. Walking to the Dairy Queen or playing basketball at Brentnall Elementary School or ringing door bells and running away at night. Can't believe I'm still here at age 70 and been living in Long Beach California since 1976. Not many of us left. My cousin Gilbert and his whole family have moved off the planet and maybe you see him and Johnny where your at. Johnny Barker died last year and he was the last of those Barkers. I have three kids all grown. Two boys and one girl. One son is 41 and single and lives in Southern California. Another son played in the NBA and is the General Manager for the Atlanta Hawks ( check out Landry Fields} he has two boys and a girl. My youngest is my daughter and is in the music business representing up and coming music artist. To her credit two of her artist have platinum albums ( sold over a million copies } that she has hanging in her house north of the San Fernando Valley ( google Celena Fields}. I was in Columbus back in 2019 for a Hall Of Fame induction at my old high school St Francis DeSales. Now at 70 years old, the last one in my family and living by myself I'm trying to enjoy the best of what's left before Jesus pulls up in front of the house play a song from someone we liked on WVKO and says get in lets talk. If you see my mother, father, sister or brother say hello for me. Take Care my friend you were always a good person.

I would like to offer my condolences to the Toler Family. I'm going to miss Jeffrey because the memories I have of him go back quite a ways and they are of enjoyable times. RIP because I know you are in a better place.

I want to send my Condolences to the Toler Family. I find it hard sometime so many of my friends now gone. But through it all I get to remember and hold on to the precious times privately, and boy did we have fun. 909 Nelson what can I say you would have had to been there. Great times. Jeffery I can't forget the fun times we had growing up playing sports, hosreback riding on Sunday mornings and especially the good times we all shared on Gardendale Dr.and 909 Nelson Ave. ( 909 Club ). My love and prayers got out to Billy and Frances. Remember he's not gone just further down the road.
